Their latest report on our school was described by David Hawker, then the city's director of children's services, as the best Ofsted report he'd seen.

Why?  Because the inspectors said that

• Children have good attitudes and behaviour
• We are an extremely caring school - children feel safe and believe they are listened to
• Teaching standards are good, and at times, inspirational
• We're big on creativity and rightly proud of our Gold Artsmark award
• Parents are extremely positive about the school
• We encourage healthy lifestyles
• We have good capacity for further improvement.
